Have You an Invigorating Vacation at Koh Rayang Nok

The island of Koh Rayang Nok is located in the southernmost of Koh Chang. It belongs to the group of small islands that lie in the gulf of Thailand. Koh Rayang is nearest to the island of Koh Mak which is just 1.2 kilometers away from Laem Tukkata (the westernmost part of Koh Mak) and a kilometer away from Koh Rayang Nai both at its northern portion. Koh Rayang Nok can be reached by motorboats coming from surrounding beaches or bigger islands. If the weather is good and the sea is calm, it can also be reached by paddled boat or kayak.

At the northeastern tip of Koh Rayang Nok Island is the white sandy beach. It is long and wide with gradual slope, appropriate for beach activities or fun games for children. Tourists usually relax at the beach and appreciate the wonderful scenery of the curved shoreline. Or walk up the viewsport on the small hill in front of the island. The sunset and sunrise scenery could be seen there, as well as Koh Mak and Koh Rang scenery. The white sandy coastline of Koh Rayang Nok is excellent for sunbathing and fun activities like building sand castle, body burying and game chasing. The fine sands are smooth to the feet and you can even take a nap over them without the fear of hurting your skin. The water is clear and pristine that allows you to see its seabed while swimming or walking along the beachfront.

The shallow water offers a venue to practice kayak or row boating.  Just a few meters off from the beach you can have snorkeling or scuba diving where underwater showcased the island’s diverse marine life. The seabed is alive with fishes, corals, shells, clams and other sea creatures in different quantities, colors and varieties. The island of Koh Rayang Nok is home to one and only resort as of the present. Its surroundings are green and its landscape is naturally groomed. The freshness of the place is totally invigorating to tired souls.
