Beauty of Koh Mo Nok

Koh Mo Nok is in the far south east corner of spectacular Mu Koh Chang National Park in Thailand. This is not an island in true terms and is one of many rocky outgrowths as other islands in this beautiful area. The word “Koh” means a rock and as the name shows it’s a small rock. Island consists of beautiful green plantations and small trees which are naturally grown. This island is protected by ravages of development by the National Park regulations authority. It has no particular usage except that a few fishing boats of locals shelter behind this island.

There are no clear waters around the island and there are no sandy white shores and beaches of any sort around it. Yet this place is worth visiting if you have an adventurous nature to enjoy with friends at any holiday. One can easily hire a boat from nearby inhabited islands and visit this place for some time if he wants to immerse in the scenic beauty of the environment. But one has to be enough conscious to take a buoy, rope and other necessities which help during the visit. This island further adds to the beauty of the sea by giving a heavenly beautiful landscape to the environment.

A visit to this island can be taken as a tour package with many other islands present nearby. It’s one of the marvelous nature creations surrounded by water on all sides. Visiting to the island would be easy with a speed boat usually during the day time. Good weather can be an added advantage to create a refreshing mood for the visitors. This island can serve as an exploring site for many tourists who have an urge to explore the world on their own.
