Astonishing Koh Mo Nai

Koh Mo Nai is an island located in the south east area of Thailand. Kho Mo Nai Island is in the Trat province.  The other island that are situated near koh mo nai island is Ao khok which is 1100 meters to its southwest, ko Mai Si Lek which is 1200 meters to its south , Ko Falamai Nuea is half kilometer away ,Ko Flamai tai is 2 km in the east, and Ao Lak Uen is 3 km towards its south. As we can assume from the name koh mi nai is one of the island of koh Chang Marine Park.


Koh Mo Nai Island is a pearl of the eastern sea. Koh Mo Nai is full of natural beauty. The island is blessed with marine and wildlife with a wide collection of birds, deer, snakes and elephants. The rich evergreen fertilized mountains enhance the beauty of the island. The koh Mo Nai Island is a paradise for tourists. The sea birds are also present on the island. The island is not densely populated so it is far quieter than other island and serves a better place for tourists. The koh Mo Nai Island is full of palm trees and rich in natural beauty.


The koh Mo Nai Island contains stone cliffs and high mountains covered with trees. Koh Mo Nai Island is known for its wide blue sea and white beaches. The weather conditions in koh Mo Nai Island is similar to that of Bangkok. The best time to visit the island is from November to February because the season is cool during these months. During June to October the weather is very hot and not suitable for tourism where as from March to May it rains heavily. So the suitable time is between November and February.

Klong Son beach (or Had Klong Son) is located on the north of Koh Chang. Nice bay at the very top of the island. Pure white sand stretch of beach, shaded with coconut trees. Klong Son gets very low numbers of visitors with the bulk of the backpackers and tourists alike speeding south enroute to Koh Chang's finer and more popular stretches of sand.

Short description:

Also known as Kai Bae Beach, this is the spot to catch a great sunset! A few small shops and food stalls are along the beach, a good spot to chill out away from the crowds at White Sands Beach.

A well-sheltered bay with a small and quiet beach. It is a fishing community where residents still live in houses built on stilts and are connected by wooden bridges. There are a growing number of tourist shops, scuba dive outlets and seafood restaurants offering a good selection of seafood.

There aren’t so much attraction in Salak Kok, but tourists can Kayak among the mangroves. Salak Kok Bay still has a fishing community that doesn’t change so much in many years, a great place to see the real traditional Thai community.
