Ao Suan Yai beach – Wonderful Place on Koh Mak Island

Whoever has visited Kah Mak Island will confess that it is one of the most wonderful places to visit in the world. The island is home to many white sandy beaches. One of the most notable beaches on the island is the Ao Suan Yai, which lies in the north-west. This is a very wonderful beach, with a stretch of white sands covering as much as 3 km. You can enjoy a lot of activities on this beach. You can start with feeling the taste of the water by taking a swim, then you can lie down and feel the white sands, and after that you can wait for the sun to set; the place is home to very wonderful sunsets. You can lie in the sand or take short walks by the beach while enjoying the sun-set views. You can visit the beach at any time of the year. If you decide to go there when it is very hot, you can redeem yourself from the heat by taking a swim or simply relying on the cool breeze that is accessible from the other side of the beach. Do not make a mistake to stay on one side of the beach when the wind is too strong; try to get to the other side of the sea.

There are fewer resorts and hotels on the beaches of Ao Suan Yi than Ao Kao which is in the south-west. The total number of hotels and resorts can be up to 3 or just more than that. This should not worry you because the beach is fairly small. In addition to offering amazing sun-set scenes, this sandy beach is renowned for its good view of Koh Kam. Go and see for yourself what this beach has to offer; you will definitely love it.
